Life can be complex, and at times we all need space to pause, reflect, and be truly heard. We offer a supportive, non-judgmental space for individuals to explore what matters to them — whether that’s navigating anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, identity, relationships, or simply wanting to grow and feel more aligned with yourself.
Our role is to walk alongside you — not to fix or advise, but to support you in uncovering your own strengths, values, and direction. i believe that with the right tools and support, people can create meaningful change in their lives, even in the face of difficult circumstances.
We work from a client-led, strengths-based approach, and draw on a variety of therapeutic frameworks depending on what fits best for you, these include solution-focused therapy (SFT), narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). In the near future we also hope to offer Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to further support individuals working through trauma, stuck in patterns, and emotional challenges.
